Just wanted to let you know how the students can celebrate and reflect the upcoming holiday in their attire:
Tuesday- Sock Day ~ wear holiday socks.
Wednesday- Holiday Shirt Day
Thursday- Pajama Day (must wear holiday themed pajamas)
Friday- Dress Down and Holiday Hat Day (holiday or red or green hats) ~ Students must pay $2.00 to dress down. Money is to be paid in the office.
We will also be selecting "secret Santa" tomorrow. Beginning Wednesday, students are to bring a small gift each day for the student whose name they select. (I apologize for not starting today. Last year I was instructed not to do any activities that involved gift giving so as not to make students who do not celebrate the holiday feel excluded. I did not know that it was permissible this year.)
